Live relators from Catalunya, the UK, Germany, the Netherlands and Italy take turns with video contributions from all over the world. The videos are also dubbed in Piedmontese Language to be broadcast to the people who are present in town.

Passage of the Gran Drapò from the Biella City Council to the Cherasco City Council, at the presence of the Presidents of the Piemont Region and of the Cuneo Province, Mrs. Mercedes Bresso and On. Raffaele Costa.
